Children need healthy foods to grow and thrive. Nutritious diet is vital for the development of healthy bodies and brains, as well as, fending off illnesses and diseases. Besides food, that helps fuel their often continuous activity, children need lots of water to prevent overheating and dehydration.
At Ahava daycare we take into consideration the many facets that comprise a healthy and nutritious diet in order to create the ideal schedule and menu for your young ones.
